Jeffrey Angeloni

Jeffrey Angeloni joined the Markeim-Chalmers team in July 2009. As sales associate, his responsibilities include acquiring new commercial listings, representing buyers/sellers in sale transactions and managing landlord/tenant lease negotiations.

Prior to joining MCI, Jeff was the Vice President of Development at Angeloni Development, LLC in Marlton, New Jersey. In this role, he gathered information regarding prospective development sites, contacted the respective landowners and negotiated the purchase of the property. Jeff was also responsible for contacting local and national tenants to occupy free standing or strip center space. Over the years, he built strong relationships with retailers and developers throughout New Jersey plus gained a solid understanding of the process to attain approvals for large centers or small pad sites.

Born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia, Jeff currently resides in the East Falls section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Father Judge High School where he currently coaches lacrosse and helps run camps and training sessions during the off-season. He received his Real Estate Sales License in 2009.
