Scott Martin

Scott Martin is a Vice President in the Office and Investment Group of Markeim-Chalmers, Inc.  His responsibilities include landlord representation, tenant representation and investment sales.  Mr. Martin joined Markeim-Chalmers in 2007 after a distinguished career at Grubb & Ellis and prior to that, as a financial planner for Morgan Stanley and Wachovia Securities.

Experience: 

Mr. Martin's duties include tenant representation and relocation, lease negotiations, project leasing, financial analysis, investment analysis and Landlord representation for sale and lease of properties.  Mr. Martin has represented such distinguished companies as UMDNJ, The Rothman Institute, CNNH, PREIT, Tenet Health System, Cooper Health System, Kennedy Health System, Senior Care Centers of America, BrightNow Dental Network, Goodyear Tire and Rubber, Laboratory Corporation of America, Health Care Realty Trust, Lourdes Health System, Make a Wish Foundation, MetLife, Shell Oil, Metrologic, Siemens, Liberty Mutual, Bancroft Neurohealth, University of Pennsylvania, Surgery Center Management Services, Inc., U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Verizon.
